Gestational age: 28 weeks +5 days

An uneventful day on the medical front; just how we like them. Today’s doppler showed stable intermittence in Baby C’s umbilical blood flow, or plainly put, no change. Likewise, for the first time since this began, no change to the treatment plan.

On the family front, it was road trip day! Lucy had a half day at school after which she and Casey scampered their way down to Green Bay for some quality family time.

They visit was rather perfect. Meghan attempted to recall sensation of flavorful food, Lucy pretend to run a fire drill after bending the rules of Candy Land to her benefit and Casey illicitly tinkered with the hospital equipment. All was right with the world. Onto tomorrow!
